If your home or business has flooded, call us immediately. The more quickly the water is extracted and the area is prepared for drying, the smaller chance of major damage. We use state-of-the-art moisture measuring devices, air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers (cleaners).
Below are the main steps we take to dry out floods.
Moisture measurements
We will find out what is wet, and how wet. We measure the humidity in the air, how much water is in the drywall, how wet the carpet and pad are, and anything else that could be affected. We do this using a special tool call a "Protimeter MMS Moisture Meter".
Water Extraction
We will remove 95% of the water from the floor, carpet, and pad.
Setup Drying Equipment
We will setup our air movers, air scrubbers, and dehumidifier to bring the room back to normal. The drying process usually take anywhere from 2 days to 6 days depending on the severity of the flood.
Zip Wall Setup - Room Containment
If possible, we can setup a partition so we are only drying the flooded areas, not the entire home.
